Biothera, ImmuDyne Settle Patent Infringement Litigation
EAGAN, MN — December 22, 2009 — ImmuDyne and Biothera jointly announce that they have reached a resolution of all pending litigation between the companies. As a result, the Texas and Minnesota Court cases between the parties have been dismissed in their entirety.
While terms of the parties’ settlement are confidential, ImmuDyne and Biothera believe that the settlement will end the distraction of litigation, and allow each company to concentrate on their respective business interests.
