Biothera's intellectual property portoflio includes more than 40 U.S. patents and patents pending, plus additional filings in over 20 countries. Our portfolio protects the matter of composition, manufacture and use of Imprime PGG. These patents, which are the result of internal research and acquisition, represent a technology investment of more than $300 million.

Imprime PGG has well-documented biological activities that are useful in many areas of health treatment and maintenance. These areas include cancer, infectious disease treatment and prevention, immune system regulation and modulation, hematopoiesis and wound healing. We have established strong protection around these and other areas and continue to exert significant effort to extend that protection through innovative research.
